The best measure of our success is you. We love to hear your feedback, to find out if we’ve exceeded or fallen short of your expectations. Your opinion is really important and will help us to constantly improve our level of service. So if you’ve been delighted or disappointed at Mayors, we want to know about it.


We listen and learn

We strive to give you the best client experience. But if something’s gone wrong and you would like to discuss your feedback in more detail, simply check 'I would like to be contacted' at the end of the survey, or contact us by email at info@mayors.com. In either case, we’ll aim to get back to you within one business day.

So how is your feedback used? Each month we collate the results of our client survey and send it directly to our stores. This ensures that Store Managers receive all your comments and can congratulate team members who are providing excellent client service.
