You can hear the revving engine and anticipate the heart-pounding kick of speed. There's the sweet, bracing aroma of racing fuel and the bright sun burning overhead. At the starting line, seconds seem to stretch into eternity, and just over the dash, nothing stands in your way. You gun the throttle and lean into the tank, taking off for the horizon.

Like a scene from an action movie, freedom lies in chasing extremes. This time it's you, a ticking chronograph, and Bonneville's mirror-smooth salt flats. With no obstacles as far as the eye can see, you set the time, get on your mark, and twist the throttle wide open.

A bold interpretation of the '80s Chronomat reimagines the class aviator's watch as an all-purpose sports watch. The COSC-certified chronometer is powered by Breitling's self-winding mechanical Manufacture Caliber 01, with a 70-hour power reserve. The 44 mm stainless steel case is fitted with a ceramic bezel, pushers, and crown. Sub-dials indicate 1/4th second chronograph, 30-minute, 12-hour totalizers, and date window at 6—Breitling's new Super Chronomat, ready for adventure.
