The Holy Trinity of watch brands: Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet and Vacheron Constantin.

Far less understood than either of its respected compatriots, Vacheron Constantin has a legacy of producing some of the very finest haute horlogerie complications in history — and some of the loveliest.

Sports watches came later to VC, as pressure from the new ‘luxury sport watch’ category introduced in the early 1970s forced the storied maison to evolve. Its entry came in the form of the 222, whose design language inspired the current Overseas collection. The Overseas models compete with other watches such as the Patek Philippe Nautilus, Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, IWC Ingenieur, and Piaget Polo, and often find favor by merit of design, value, and variety of complications.

This particular example, an Overseas Reference 1205V/100A-B590, is a quartz-powered ladies model. Housed in a 33mm stainless steel case with a sapphire crystal and a signed crown, it features an incredible, diamond-encrusted Maltese Cross-style bezel that’s sure to turn heads from across the room! A luminous sunburst blue dial with a matching handset, and a date window at 3:00 is joined by an integrated, stainless steel bracelet with a signed, hidden deployant clasp, while a Calibre 1207 quartz movement from Vacheron completes the package.

Accompanied by its factory goodies — including additional leather and rubber straps — this is a stunning ladies model from one of the Holy Trinity of watch companies. Elegant and beautiful, it’s a work of versatile, wearable horological art. 

OVERALL CONDITION

The case is in outstanding condition overall showing only faint signs of wear from careful handling. Luminous sunburst blue dial is in as-new condition with with matching handset. Signed crown. Partial factory stickersing throughout.

10-Day Returns For Timepieces:

Timepieces purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from when they are shipped or collected.

30-Day Returns For All Other Purchases:

All other online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they are shipped or collected.

On presentation of the original receipt, your purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations. Alternatively, you may elect shipping to our facility with all the original paperwork. All refunds must be credited to the same tender used for the original purchase. To return the online purchases through secure shipping service, please contact our client service team who will provide you the shipping label.

All returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches or markings, not sized or adjusted and in their original packaging and with warranty cards / certificated and instruction booklets.
